1. Agreeing to These Terms

Using GrantsPath means you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you agree for that organization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be an adult able to enter this agreement, give accurate information, and keep your sign-in secure.

3. Workspaces, Roles and Your Team

Your organization's workspace is run by its admins, who decide who joins and what each person can see and do.

4. The Service

GrantsPath helps you find grants, judge fit, prepare applications and manage awards. Features depend on your plan.

5. Plans, Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep the plan until the paid period ends, then move to Free.

6. The Free Plan

The Free plan includes grant search at no charge. Its features and limits may change.

7. Acceptable Use

Use GrantsPath lawfully and honestly. Don't misrepresent your organization, break security, or misuse the data or AI features.

8. Your Data

Your data belongs to your nation or organization. You give us permission to use it only to run GrantsPath for you.

9. AI Features and Your Responsibilities

AI drafts and readings can be wrong. Review everything. GrantsPath never submits applications; you do, and you remain responsible for them.

10. No Guarantee of Funding or Eligibility

Fit scores, eligibility checks and policy analysis are guidance, not guarantees or legal advice. We don't provide or award funding.

11. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

Grant and policy information comes from public sources like Grants.gov, the Federal Register, state portals and SAM.gov. Verify it with the official source.

12. Our Intellectual Property

We own GrantsPath itself. You may use it for your organization's work while your account is in good standing.

13. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve GrantsPath.

14. Confidentiality

We each keep the other's non-public information confidential. Your workspace data is always your confidential information.

15. Suspension, Termination and Your Data

You can leave anytime. We suspend or end access only for good reason, and you get the chance to export your data.

16. Disclaimers

GrantsPath is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but can't promise it is error-free.

17. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost funding.

18. Indemnity

You cover claims that arise from your content or your breaking these Terms, as far as your organization can lawfully agree.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

Which law governs these Terms and where disputes are resolved.

20. Sovereign Immunity

Nothing in these Terms waives the sovereign immunity of any tribal nation or its entities.

21. Changes to These Terms

We tell you at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect.
